Starting in 2005, Katz began exhibiting his fine art night photography using the name Remi Thornton. Using only atmospheric street lighting, he developed a style that the press has referred to as “…the epitome of proper creepy.” This body of work has been exhibited throughout the United States, and the photographs have been highly collected by both private and public collections including MIT List Visual Arts Center, Fidelity Investments, Millennium Partners, and Wellington Management.
